I love this series, and I love this author.
I actually read this book out of order and I still understood everything going on in book. The world building is so good!
The Book
Ariane is a member of the Grigori Dyanasty, considered to be watchers. Their abilities are unknown, and little is known about the members. Damien is a member of the House of Shadows, an assassin and fighter for hire. He is hired to track down a Grigori named Sam. Ariane has a special connection with Sam, and the two heroes combine resources.
Mostly what I like about this series is the take on vampires & how they interact with the different dynasties. Read this series!!
